Referral Program Terms
Share Agent Callout. Earn account credit.
These Referral Program Terms supplement the Agent Callout Terms of Service. Agent Callout is a product of White Tiger Streetwear LLC. By sharing a referral link, you agree to these terms.
1. How a referral earns credit
- Each eligible Agent Callout account can receive a personal referral link in the form
agentcallout.com/r/CODE. - When an eligible person is attributed to your link and later makes their first positive-money subscription payment, you earn a fixed $14.99 promotional credit.
- A payment reduced to $0 by FIRSTMONTH or another promotion does not qualify. The first later subscription invoice on which the referred person actually pays a positive amount can qualify.
- The reward remains $14.99 whether the person chooses Pro or Max, monthly or annual.
2. The 30-day attribution window
Visiting a referral link stores the referral code in a first-party browser cookie for 30 days. If the visitor completes eligible sign-in during that window and the account has no prior referrer, Agent Callout can attribute that account to the code. The qualifying payment can occur later. It does not need to occur within the 30-day cookie window.
Attribution can fail if the cookie expires or is cleared before sign-in, the link or code is invalid, another valid attribution is already attached, or abuse controls reject the referral. Only one referrer can receive credit for a referred account.
3. How credits are used
- Credits are added to your Stripe customer balance and apply to future Agent Callout subscription invoices.
- Credits are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or paid out, and cannot be applied to the one-time Callout time add-on.
- Credits do not expire while your Agent Callout account remains open. There is currently no fixed cap on qualified referral credits.
- Credits have no value after the program or your account ends, except where law requires otherwise.
4. Ineligible and abusive referrals
- Self-referrals, alternate accounts you control, and same-device referrals are not eligible.
- Each unique referred person can produce only one lifetime referral reward, even after cancellation, resubscription, or use of another account.
- The referred person must be eligible to buy Agent Callout in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia under the Terms of Service.
- Automated, misleading, fraudulent, spam, or manipulated referrals are prohibited.
We may delay, reject, or reverse a reward when we reasonably believe the referral is ineligible, duplicated, fraudulent, abusive, or generated in violation of these terms.
5. Refund and dispute clawbacks
If the payment that earned a referral reward is later refunded in whole or in part or becomes subject to a chargeback, we reverse the $14.99 referral credit. This applies even if the credit has already been used.
If the credit is no longer available, we can adjust your Stripe customer balance so the amount is recouped from a future Agent Callout invoice. We do not separately collect that amount if there is no future invoice, unless the referral involved fraud or law requires another result.
6. Honest disclosure
A referral reward is a material connection. When you recommend Agent Callout publicly or to someone who might not otherwise expect the connection, clearly disclose that you can receive account credit if they subscribe. Do not make false claims, impersonate Agent Callout, send unlawful spam, or imply that you are our employee or agent.
A reward is never conditioned on a positive review or particular opinion. Honest criticism does not disqualify an otherwise valid reward.
7. Program changes
We may change, pause, or end the referral program. Changes apply prospectively after they are posted or otherwise announced. They do not erase a credit already earned, except for the refund, chargeback, fraud, and abuse reversals described above.
8. Privacy and contact
Referral cookies and records are described in the Privacy Policy. Questions about a referral or credit can be sent to support@agentcallout.com.
