Terms of Service
The agreement for using Agent Callout.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and White Tiger Streetwear LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Agent Callout is a product of White Tiger Streetwear LLC. These Terms cover agentcallout.com, your account and subscription, and the Agent Callout macOS application.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You accept these Terms when you take an affirmative action that is presented with a link to them, such as creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or accepting them in the app. If you do not agree, do not use Agent Callout.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By creating an account or using Agent Callout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you accept for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
Accounts and the free trial are available generally, except where United States export control or sanctions rules prohibit access. Paid subscriptions and the Callout time add-on are currently sold only when an individual's ordinary residence, or an organization's principal place of business, and the billing address are in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Argentina. Other countries and United States territories are not supported for purchase at this time. We may decline, cancel, or refund a transaction, or end a trial, when we cannot verify eligibility.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for activity through your account and devices. Keep access to your email and Mac secure, and do not share app tokens.
- The app stores its sign-in token in the macOS Keychain. Signing out revokes that device's token.
- One person may not create multiple accounts to repeat trials, evade limits, or obtain extra referral rewards.
3. Plans, billing, and taxes
Agent Callout offers recurring Pro and Max plans and may offer a one-time Callout time add-on. The pricing page and Stripe Checkout show the plan, included callout time, amount charged, billing interval, and renewal terms before purchase.
- Pro is $14.99 per month, or $119.88 charged once per year.
- Max is $24.99 per month, or $239.88 charged once per year.
- The Callout time add-on is $9.99 one time and adds one hour to the current balance. It does not create or change a subscription.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period and Stripe charges the payment method on file until you cancel. Annual plans are charged in full at the start of each annual period. Current plan prices and allowances are shown at checkout. If we increase your renewal price, we will give advance notice and obtain any consent required by law before charging the new amount.
Prices are in United States dollars and do not include applicable sales, use, value added, or similar transaction taxes. If we are required to collect a tax, it is calculated and added at checkout. Depending on your country, your bank or card issuer may separately add taxes, withholdings, or fees required by local law, for example on purchases of foreign digital services from Argentina. Those charges are outside our control and are not collected by us. Taxes imposed on White Tiger Streetwear LLC's net income are our responsibility.
Checkout is processed by Stripe on behalf of White Tiger Streetwear LLC. The checkout page may show the name White Tiger Studio, a brand name that represents White Tiger Streetwear LLC, and your card statement will show AGENTCALLOUT.
FIRSTMONTH
When available and accepted by Stripe, FIRSTMONTH takes 100 percent off the first month of a monthly Pro or Max subscription. It does not apply to annual plans or the Callout time add-on. The offer is limited to the first 50 accepted redemptions and can end when they are used. After the promotional month, the plan renews at the full monthly price shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal. A code shown in marketing is not a guarantee that Stripe will accept it.
4. Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days or 15 voice minutes, whichever comes first. It is limited to one trial per account and device. The trial does not require a card and does not convert to a paid plan automatically. When it ends, paid features stop until you choose and purchase a plan.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel online from the Account page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No phone call, email, or chat is required.
Refunds are separate from cancellation and are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Monthly and Callout time add-on charges are final except as that policy describes. Annual charges have a 7 calendar day refund window. A full refund ends access tied to that payment immediately.
6. Devices and personal use
A subscription permits you to install and use Agent Callout on up to four Macs that you own or control. Your account is for you or the organization that purchased it. Do not resell, rent, sublicense, or share access in a way that lets unrelated people use one subscription.
7. Your sessions and content
You keep ownership of your prompts, code, transcripts, replies, and other content. You give us a limited right to process the response you select for a callout only as needed to summarize it, create audio, meter usage, secure the service, and provide the features you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process content through Agent Callout, including employer, client, or third-party material. Do not use the service for secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to send that material to the providers described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI output and third-party agents
Summaries and voice output are generated by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. A callout is a convenience, not a source of truth or professional advice. Verify important details in the original coding-agent session.
Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Pi, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity CLI are independent third-party products. Their providers control how those agents interpret and execute your input. Agent Callout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers.
9. Replies, approvals, and session actions
When you reply, answer a question, approve, deny, or review a plan from Agent Callout, the app acts as an input conduit to the original coding-agent session. Each action is your instruction and you are responsible for its consequences.
Agent Callout shows the request, command, plan, or diff that the coding agent makes available and that the surface can safely present. Some coding agents do not expose every detail through their session format. You can use the session navigation control to open the original session before acting. Review important changes and requests in that original context.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Agent Callout for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- evade entitlement, trial, device, referral, metering, safety, or rate controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another person's account;
- use the service to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, export, sanctions, or other legal obligations;
- use synthetic voice output to deceive, impersonate a person, or misrepresent it as a human recording where that would be misleading;
- systematically extract the service, summaries, voices, or behavior to build a competing product.
11. Software license and installation
While you have an active trial or paid entitlement and comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal or internal-business, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install and use the Agent Callout macOS application on your permitted Macs.
Installation can place these items on a Mac:
- the Agent Callout application bundle;
- a login LaunchAgent so the app can start when you sign in;
- the engine and configuration under
~/.config/agentcallout; - the
agent-calloutcommand under~/.local/bin; - exact Agent Callout hook entries in supported coding-agent configuration files where hooks are needed;
- an optional pinned Node.js runtime used by the engine; and
- an app token in the macOS Keychain.
The app reads local session records for Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor IDE and CLI, Pi, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity CLI. Availability of reply, approval, plan review, and focus controls depends on the agent and terminal you use.
The app may check for an available signed version, but it does not install updates automatically. You decide whether to install an update. Update packages are checked before installation.
Reply and decision controls can require macOS Accessibility or Automation permission. You choose whether to grant these permissions and can revoke them in System Settings. When direct delivery is not available, the app may offer to copy a reply to the clipboard.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law does not permit a restriction, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the app, or interfere with code signing, update verification, metering, or entitlement checks.
Uninstall
The documented uninstall process removes the app, LaunchAgent, engine, configuration, local cache, command-line tool, Agent Callout Keychain credential, and exact Agent Callout hook commands that it owns. Sign out before uninstalling when possible so the server token can also be revoked. The hook remover is designed to preserve other hooks and configuration. If a provider configuration file is malformed or cannot be safely recognized, the remover leaves it in place so you can review it instead of deleting unrelated entries.
12. Service providers and privacy
Agent Callout depends on providers for hosting, authentication, billing, email, summarization, voice, optional analytics, and limited operational alerts. Their current roles are listed on the Subprocessors page. Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Referral program
Referral links and credits are governed by the Referral Program Terms. Referral credits are promotional account balance, not cash, and can be reversed if the qualifying payment is refunded or disputed.
14. Suspension and termination
Paid capabilities require a valid server-verified entitlement and can lock when you are signed out, access expires or is revoked, payment fails, or verification is unavailable. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, fraud or abuse, legal requirements, provider requirements, or an uncured payment failure. Where practical, we will notify you.
You can end your use by cancelling, signing out, and uninstalling the app. Provisions that by their nature must continue, including payment, ownership, warranty, liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.
15. Ownership and feedback
Agent Callout, its website, application, design, brand, and related intellectual property belong to White Tiger Streetwear LLC or its licensors. If you voluntarily send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to give an honest review, whether positive or negative.
16. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Callout is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate, or that a third-party coding agent will produce the result you expect.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Tiger Streetwear LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from Agent Callout. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not allow them, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Changes to the service or terms
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan during a period you already paid for, we will provide notice and an appropriate remedy where required.
Each Terms version has a date. Nonmaterial clarifications take effect when posted. For a material change, we will provide additional notice and seek fresh affirmative acceptance when required before the new version applies.
19. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory protections in your home state still apply. Before filing a claim, you and White Tiger Streetwear LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it by emailing support@agentcallout.com and allowing 30 days for a response. If it is not resolved, either side may bring the claim in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction in Florida, or in an eligible small claims court. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right that cannot be waived by contract.
20. Export and sanctions
You may not use, access, export, reexport, or transfer Agent Callout in violation of United States export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not a blocked or restricted person, are not acting for one, and are not in a location where providing the service is prohibited. We may suspend or refuse service to comply with law.
21. General terms
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Referral Program Terms are the entire agreement about Agent Callout.
- If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect and the affected provision is enforced as far as law allows.
- You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by law.
- A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
- We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
