Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel online. Refunds have clear rules.

1. Cancel a subscription

You can cancel online at any time from the Account page on agentcallout.com. No phone call, email, or chat is required. After you confirm cancellation:

• the subscription will not renew;
• you will not be billed for a later renewal; and
• you keep access through the end of the monthly or annual period you already paid for, unless that payment is refunded or disputed.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge.

2. The free trial

The trial lasts 7 days or 15 voice minutes, whichever comes first. It does not require a card and does not convert to a paid subscription. There is no trial charge to cancel or refund.

3. Monthly subscription charges

Monthly subscription charges are final. We do not refund a monthly charge once it is made, except as described in section 6. You can cancel online at any time, you will not be billed again after cancellation, and you keep access through the end of the month you already paid for.

4. Annual subscription charges

An annual subscription charge is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days after the charge. This includes the initial annual charge and an annual renewal charge. This window exists so an accidental annual purchase, for example selecting an annual plan while intending to select a monthly plan, can be reversed.

Email support@agentcallout.com from the email address on your account and include the charge date. If approved under this policy, we return the payment to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary.

A full annual refund ends the subscription and related paid access immediately. It does not leave access active through the original billing period. After the 7-day window, an annual charge is final under the same rules as a monthly charge.

5. Callout time add-on charges

The one-time Callout time add-on is final. It is not refundable after purchase, and unused time is not converted to cash or credit, except as described in section 6.

6. Charges we always correct

Some charges are refunded no matter what the rules above say:

• a duplicate or erroneous charge;
• a charge made after a verified cancellation should have stopped billing; and
• any refund that applicable law requires and does not allow us to limit.

We may also offer a separate goodwill adjustment. Offering one does not change this policy. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

7. Referral credits and promotions

Promotional discounts and referral credits are not cash and are not refundable. If a refunded or disputed payment created a referral reward, that reward is reversed under the Referral Program Terms.

8. Payment disputes and chargebacks

A chargeback is a dispute opened with a bank or card issuer, not a refund request made to us. A disputed subscription charge cancels the subscription immediately, and paid access is not provided while the dispute is open. If you believe a charge is wrong, contacting support first is usually the fastest way to resolve it.

9. Applicable law

Agent Callout currently sells only in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Argentina. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to limit. For example, if you purchase from Argentina, consumer protection law may give you a statutory revocation right for distance purchases, and that right applies as the law provides even where this policy is stricter.
