Subprocessors
The services behind Agent Callout.
These are the current outside services White Tiger Streetwear LLC uses to operate Agent Callout. Some act as processors on our instructions, while services such as Stripe can also act as independent controllers under their own terms.
Vercel
Purpose: Website hosting, server functions, request security, and aggregate Web Analytics.
Data involved: Web requests, IP and device metadata, site events, coarse request location, authentication requests, pseudonymous account and billing references in operational logs, and selected callout text while backend requests are processed.
Supabase
Purpose: Authentication and application database.
Data involved: Email, optional Google profile details, account records, legal acceptances, hashed device identifier, usage metadata, entitlement, billing references, referral records, and operational activity records.
Stripe
Purpose: Checkout, recurring billing, payment processing, tax calculation, refunds, disputes, and customer billing portal.
Data involved: Email, billing address, payment details, tax information, plan and price, invoices, subscription status, refunds, disputes, and promotional account balance.
Google Identity
Purpose: Optional Google account sign-in when you choose it.
Data involved: Google account identifier, email, name, profile image, and sign-in authorization data.
Google Gemini API
Purpose: Summarization for Bro code, Casual, and Professional callout styles.
Data involved: The one response selected for a callout and the generated summary. Full transcript files are not sent.
Groq
Purpose: Conditional fallback summarization for English Bro code, Casual, and Professional callouts when Groq is configured and Gemini does not return a summary. Spanish summaries do not use this fallback.
Data involved: The one response selected for a callout, summarization instructions, and the generated summary. Full transcript files are not sent.
Inworld
Purpose: Text-to-speech generation for every voice callout.
Data involved: For Complete style, the cleaned selected response. For other styles, the generated summary from the configured summarizer. Voice selection, speaking rate, and language settings are also sent.
Resend
Purpose: Support, account, legal, and optional monthly product and privacy update email.
Data involved: Recipient email, message content, delivery status, and standard email delivery metadata.
PostHog
Purpose: Optional product analytics after you allow analytics.
Data involved: Random browser ID, approved product events, standard browser, device, page, campaign, network, and coarse-location metadata, plus an internal account identifier after sign-in. No session content, summary, audio, email, or card details.
Telegram
Purpose: Private operational alerts to the Agent Callout owner.
Data involved: Operational counts, plan or SKU, amount and currency, environment, and status. Alerts exclude email, account identifiers, location, session content, summaries, commands, and raw provider payloads.
Provider changes
We update this page before enabling a new provider that will process customer information or when an existing provider takes on a materially different role. A provider's own subprocessors can change under its terms.
For a materially broader use or disclosure, we will provide additional notice and seek fresh acceptance when required. The optional monthly product and privacy update includes links to this list and to the Gemini, Groq, and Inworld policies.
